My brother and I are new to the pizza business and were looking for a quick way to gain the knowledge we need to get started with our project. Spending a week with Andrew and Scot has given us invaluable insight into the pizza business and running a restaurant as well as providing us with recipes that will give us a competitive edge in our market.
