When are the classes held?

Our classes are held every week of the year.  We only take one concept at a time, so whether you take the class alone or with a business partner, you will be the only student.  Please call for advance booking dates and availability.

How much are the courses?

We host 2 courses at the school: the 4 day  pizzaiolo class and the 6 day Master of Operations Class.  Call for pricing and availability.

What do I bring to the course?

Non-slip work shoes, a passion for pizza, and a willingness to work hard.  We provide chef coats, hats, and meals as well as all the training materials.  Tip: Bring a camera and capture your experience with pictures and video.

ABSOLUTLY!  We respond to phone calls and emails from our graduates on a daily basis.  You will always be part of the Goodfella’s Family!
